Designing Logos: Pinterest WTH? Pei Wei WTH?

What the heck is going on here? Sometimes good companies make bad decisions. First, Pinterest rebranded for no good reason. Then Pei Wei did something bizarre. Good news is that Pinterest got smart and pretended that the new logo ever happened. But Pei Wei is hanging tough with an awkward logo and a silly marketing strategy that it learned from lesser restaurants. Here’s a cool PDF I created to help have productive conversations about company logo without starting a civil war.
