Professional athletes are subject to a lot of scrutiny. Their strengths and weaknesses are continuously monitored and broadcast to the world. Player stats have never been more subject to analysis.

How do these athletes respond? They look squarely at their weaknesses and then do the work to get better. It’s a non-emotional response.
