Senior Web Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Website Designer with serious UI/UX chops and a flair for motion design. You know how to take a vision and turn it into a site that feels effortless to navigate and a joy to use. You think in wireframes and micro-interactions. You design with both the user and the client in mind.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end website design—from wireframes to pixel-perfect UI.
  • Incorporate motion design and interaction to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to bring concepts to life.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions and pitch design ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain design systems and contribute to team-wide best practices.

What You Bring:

  • 5–10 years of professional design experience, especially web-focused.
  • Strong portfolio with UI/UX and motion design examples.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or Lottie, and prototyping tools.
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication, and client-facing experience.
  • Bonus: Experience in WordPress, Webflow environments.

? Note: Full-time hires must work in person. Remote is an option only for experienced part-time candidates.

Digital Marketer | Paid Social Specialist

We’re hiring a Digital Marketer who lives and breathes paid social campaigns. You know how to test creative, find the right audience, and scale campaigns without burning budgets. You’re equally comfortable in a strategy session and inside Meta Ads Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help develop a company-wide process for serving our clients who hire us for paid social
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Partner with our creative team to develop scroll-stopping ad content.
  • Monitor performance, tweak targeting, and analyze data across platforms.
  • Present results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Stay on top of platform updates and new ad formats.

What You Bring:

  • 5–10 years experience in paid social and digital marketing.
  • Track record of managing budgets and improving campaign ROI.
  • Strong grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, UTMs, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with nonprofit, mission-driven, or faith-based campaigns.
